Didn't read through all of this but see Case recommended alot. They are nicely put together as far as fit and finish but personally I'd stay away from them if they are to be used hard. Reason being most have the Case "Tru sharp" stainless blades and they SUCK for holding an edge. Case's stainless blades are 420 stainlees hardened to 53-54 RC and are some of the softest,lowest quality stainless blades offered by a mainstream manufacturer.
