I saw this on the news last night. A 64 year old man may be charged with second degree murder after shooting two burglars in his home. This was the eigth burglary.
Must be New York City or Chicago, or some place like that, right?

Yeah, readin' the full story makes me think the jury's gonna have a rather simple case to say GUILTY.. I just wonder though if it'll get dropped down to something less than 2nd degree... They DID break in after all and he does have the right to defend - just not to that degree, I feel..
