The way I see it he did four dumb things on the first guy alone.
1) he should have shot the first guy like BANG, BANG, BANG, don�t wait to see if he is still alive, then shoot him again.
2) he admitted he waited to see if he is still alive, then shot him again.
3) Never move the body!
4) Call 911 immediately! Don�t wait until the next day.
