Actually thats a holdover from a bygone era. Remember in the early 70's when they said we were gonna go metric? I believed it and was just starting to reload at the time....
I remember that. However, I didn't believe them. Most people who went through the public education system can't multiply by 100, or even 10. I knew it wouldn't catch on.
