I'd love a NULA in 223! I'm betting its going to shoot any bullet you want into little groups. Details on the NULA (weight, scope, barrel contour, etc.)?
It weighs 5.9 lbs, #1 Douglas cut at 22", Leupold VX-3 2.5x8. It shoots just about everything into 1/2". So far I've tried the 63gr Sierra SMP, 64gr Nosler Bonded and 75gr Scirocco. I got it the last week of October 2012 and didn't have any time to really play with it but I took a couple deer with it.
