I'd have to second the Dachshund. I never liked them when I was younger, and would have said you were crazy if you'd have even suggested I'd ever own one. Then I had an ex-girlfriend give me one, and I've done a complete 180. He is my favorite dog ever (and I've had a few :), and I wouldn't trade him for any amount of money. I think that dog loves me more than anyone else in the whole world.....
