Haven't looked into it in detail. Kyle gave a deposition before he died (obviously) and maintained his claim that he punched out Ventura. Ventura absolutely denies it; says it didn't and couldn't have happened 'cause he's on blood thinner and can no longer risk a bleed. You would think if it happened (as claimed by Kyle) there would be witnesses to corroborate. Are there any? Ventura says his income fell from a million a year to a few hundred thou after the story got out. If he can prove the statement was false and can prove damages, then why shouldn't he be able to recover from Kyle's estate?
