Dave; Good morning to you sir, I hope this finds you and your fine family well. It's been too long since I've said hello to you, though I've been following your new shop's progress and wish you the best with it and the accompanying venture.
On the Moosehead comment, I think you're really on the money with your comparison to Heineken.
I don't take in a large quantity of suds typically and then only in summer, but don't mind a cold one when the outside temps here climb into the low 100's.
Anyway this year I've found that Moosehead is my current favorite - for my taste buds anyway Dave - and it's replaced Stella Artois for that position, but as I recall Heineken would be similar flavor too.
