2016 is a Hussein year. A conservative and honest answer would acknowledge that, or would not have brought up a tax year prior to a current administration in the first place.
That's I why I said we'll know in a year, or so. As of now, nothing has changed but names.
If you were being honest, you'd admit that an incoming POTUS inaugurated in January could do exactly nothing about a prior, closed, tax year. That, or simply not bringing it up at all as it is irrelevant. That'd be a proper - conservative - take on it, vice implying that otherwise would be or should be the case.
