I know a guy who's worked for Publix grocery store since he was 15. He's a Dept mamagerand makes 75K+. The plus is huge bonuses 3-4 times a year 4-5k each. And company stock given each paycheck.

Publix really takes care of their employees. I left Florida 22 years ago and everytime I visit I end up going to the Publix and the same people are there time after time.
