You know I typically argue from the position that Theistic claims have not met their burden of proof. Theist are claiming god(s) exist, I'm saying these claims have not met their burden of proof.

Not guilty is not the same as innocent. For a not guilty verdict, the prosecution has the burden of proof. For a finding of innocence, the burden of proof is on the defense. And no, I'm not taking your burden of proof.
