1/4cup corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup 1/2&1/2 cream
1egg
1 tsp honey
bake 15-20 min. at 400-425
options add shredded colby jack cheese
sliced jalapenos
use real butter only
