hanco Campfire Savant Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 151,726 Likes: 14 Texas	I bought a Savage Hog Hunter in 308 for the threaded barrel. It’s damn near a one hole rifle. I’m a magnum guy, but that 308 kills deer and pigs as well as my cannons. I have a couple Savage 6.5 Creedmoor rifles. Just as accurate. I had always turned my nose up at Savage rifles, fine rifles for the price.
