"Back in the day", there was a 220 grain Hornady also. They discontinued it a few years ago.
Steve Hornady probably needed to buy some more decals to put on his guns!
When I used my Eight, I pretty well stuck with the 220 Barnes, Sierras and the Hornadys for practice. I think I experimented with Swifts also but never hunted with them.
Burned a lot of H4831 playing around with that gun. Now, I would probably start and finish with H1000 and a 200 grain TSX.
