I just avoid. I am not prideful and I don't need to be right every time I open my mouth. I yield to traffic when as-hole drivers insist. I can MF someone with the best of anyone but just go around real idiots of the world. I don't consider standing up for myself over business or retail type interactions a verbal altercation. I can't recall the last time I had words with anyone in public in a cross manner. I carry too but that doesn't influence my behavior. My long time career has taught me how to deal with people in every mental state you can imagine. It also helps keep my blood pressure down.
