I have a big black bear that thinks under the front overhang is a dandy place to bed. I'm OK with that- he keeps the more destructive ones away. We have an understanding....but he gets a might put out when we are in residence....
LOL. Have you tried building him an overhang 100 feet off in the woods to hang out, while you are there? Seems like he would appreatiate that.
