The first time my wife cleaned the (dirt) floor at our cabin it was with rake and shovel.. since then I have added a wood floor.

And a plank roof with metal roofing. When I bought the place, the roof was half pole and sod, the other half visqueen. Basically I started with 4 walls up. When I put the floor in, I had to add two more rounds - probably should have gone 3, but it's high enough unless you are 6'5 or taller. Then you have to watch your head for the cross logs.
