Couple questions first:
1. Which ammo did you try?
2. How many shots per group?
3. How many foulers did you shoot between each ammo swap?
4. Was the stringing horizontal, vertical, or both?
5. Which rings?
6. Did you clean the bore?
As far as scopes, a Tasco would not be be my choice...I'd use a SS ..in 10x or higher.
Wind is a huge factor....
