My Brittany has food allergies and had ear infections all the time.
I finally changed the food from pro plan to blue freedom type with lamb potatoes and peas... and he hasn’t had an infection since.
I also trim the hair around the bottom of the ears for better circulation but that didn’t help when I was feeding pro plan, and I went from regular pro plan to sensitive skin, chicken, beef, ... then finally figured out it was chicken & Corn causing the issue...
