The alcohol promotes drying. Helps overall ear health.
Especially in folded over ear dogs.
The water dilutes the solution to make use more comfortable,
And easier.
Flush ears after dog gets wet. If you find them stinking, or
looking a bit bad, clean them with cotton wipes and solution
3 time daily for a week.
