Well Sam, not a constitutional scholar, but I’m betting somewhere in the document it is contained, that during a national emergency policies that restrict, can be allowed for (see interment camps). If enough bombs started going off in American schools, we once again would be demanding our government suspend freedoms of Muslim Americans, right?
