My mom is 91 years old. She has a pacemaker and high blood pressure, otherwise in pretty good health. She lives alone and still drives herself around. She was sick in February and first diagnosed with bronchitis. When treatment wasn't effective she was diagnosed with pneumonia. When treatment didn't help she tested positive for RSV. She recovered but it took a while and shortness of breath was the main symptom. She was admitted to the hospital but not placed on a respirator. I suspect she might have had the China flu.
