Dmn skippy. Thus far I have lost some serious weight by merely pushing away the carbohydrates.

As for the OP:
1. Losing fat
2. Getting the joint surgery I have postponed for 3 years. I'll be weak until I recover, but after that, I will be able to get back into trim.
2a. Hitting the combat bay tomorrow to practice single off-hand drawing, firing, drills, and administration.
3. And to that purpose, I am going to train up for a half and then a full marathon at a severely reduced weight. I ran a half a few years back at a weight most folk would not believe.
4. Moderate weight training from here on out. Getting to old to recover from my old school "squat or dead lift until you puke" leg days in a reasonable time frame.
