Pushups and sit-up , 10 sets

10 reps the first set and subsequently go down a rep each set until you get to 1.

No rest

First set is 10 push-ups followed immediately by 10 sit-ups .

Second set is 9 push-ups, no rest then 9 sit-ups , etc
