In the past we've all seen big increases in shipping and handling charges. That irritates me and others, I suspect that as well as increasing wages it covered costs associated with robotic handling system upgrades to decrease employee costs and eventually increase profits. As a result what we are experiencing is gap efficiency the robotics aren't as well programmed and prepared as they could be and problems result. Anytime some HR asswipe hires a position making the decision based on gender, race, or outside influence instead of qualifications of the applicant you have problems. The lack of a quality work force caused by politics results in more automation in goods processing. Get pissed about it all you want but that is exactly what's on the horizon. That's how I see it.
