Are we talking about the same situation here? It wasn't Florida, Georgia, Kalifornikate, or anywhere else but St. Louis, Missouri. The home of the BLM. The Castle Doctrine is in Missouri law but not word for word as Florida's law. I think it is more stringent than even Florida. Maybe someone could copy it and paste it here. I don't care.
