Any idiot that will start firing off a centerfire rifle in a crowded downtown area, for anything other than a self preservation situation, needs to be shot by anyone who has the opportunity.
The guy in the video was very stupid, evil, and armed,...absolutely at the top of the list of people who need to be removed from society,....."by any means necessary", as some people are fond of saying.
