Mental hospitals are a thing of the past.
They just drug them up, and send them home now.
And they all get 7th place ribbons, graded on a curve and the right to vote.
Adjudication for alot of em needs to be done.
Happy pills and on SSI for mental schit.
Delibrately seeking that lifetime payday.
