A partisan hack. Most of us have been around someone who is dying of cancer. It is a long, grim process. The last month, maybe the last 3 months of that person's life they are in very bad shape and not in full possession of their mental abilities.
Ginsberg didn't care if she was incapable of doing the job, so long as she could hang in there and hope for a Dem replacement. What an honorable lady!
