slumlord - I have been on the road for 3 days and missed your thread entirely up until now. I am sorry that you had to to go thrugh that mess and threat to your health, and that you felt so rotten for so long. Hoping that all will soon be back to normal health for you and the misery will not repeat.
If ever you want to find a truly original and top rank Italian sandwich ("sub" to many) I can set you up - those things were invented in the 1950s in my home town just south of Philly.
