Looks like my Tikka loves Reloader 23 behind Sierra 130 gr Gamechangers.
With three different loads, all were 5/8" or better.
My best 3- shot group was 3/8" at 100 yds.

3.0 ES
47.8 grains.
COL- 3.100"
I'll be playing with that one some more.
