I've got a Turkish Mauser I've re-chambered to 8mm-06AI.

It's in the process of getting inlet for a new stock, and needs to be drilled and tapped for a scope.

While I had the old military stock and sights on it, I loaded Hornady 195 gr Interlocks over Accurate 2400 and Hodgdon H4350 for deer and hogs. Dropped them like the hammer of Thor.

When this rifle is back in the active rack, I plan on loading up some Sierra 220 gr GameKings and Nosler 200 gr Accubonds to see how these run. The only problem I foresee is the magazine well being a little short for these bullets.

My RCBS 8mm-06 die expands the neck on a 30-06 case with ease. Case forming on a moderate load gives consistent results with the AI expansion.

Nice wildcat!
