Nice to hear you like it..Did mine on a 1909 40 yrs ago. Thought of just the standard 8x06, but Ackley said the cartridge was a hand loading proposition anyway, so went AI. Fire forming is no big deal. That bullet with RL-15 in mine really shines, but so do a number of other bullets. Bought some Quality Cartridge brass, 40, with the proper head stamp...8mmx06, not AI,as was thinking to take it cross the pond. Changed my mind, tho I never had problems with firearms in SA Just didn`t want to chance it.
Got 10 Barnes TSX`s loaded for Wi deer this year.
