on the cabinet drawer, PNPS is "PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION" and the MT&E indicates this was in the Radiation Calibration lab, most likely: "Dosimetry, and calibration of measurement and test equipment (M&TE).

Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station was the only nuclear power plant operating in Massachusetts. The facility is located in the Manomet section of Plymouth on Cape Cod Bay, south of the tip of Rocky Point and north of Priscilla Beach.

Those look like very nice benches, jealous.

I used to work with our internal Dosimetry folks on a few projects back in the 80's. They are still collecting dosimeters from the Bikini Atoll.

That's exactly right. I loaded them out of Pilgrim a week and a half ago. I also bought the lab's store room contents. I wanted the shelving. It's sweet shelving. The room was full of all kinds of instrumentation. I have no idea what I bought, but it'll all end up on Ebay. LOL.

The benches should be sweet. I'm hoping to rival the Saudi guy who owns that other site... Grins
