I was amazed by the prevalence of those when I was in Miami last year. Guys wearing suits zipping down the main road on those.
My first exposure to them was in San Diego. They were everywhere and made bar hopping even more fun than regular bar hopping.
Miami has a lot but Ft. Lauderdale banned them. LOL
