In my town they could issue a dui for operating the little stand up foot scooters under the influence. I don’t know if they are even still rentable, I think the liability of public rental may have put the brakes on them... (pun intended)
It’s wheeled and motorized so most municipalities can definitely hook you up.
In San Diego I got one up to 20mph going down a big hill. I would imagine my fat ass could have put a serious dent in somebody’s BMW.
