If you are comfortable with the description you provided in your listing... i.e. you feel it was honest and forthright and it will not keep you awake at night worrying that you deliberately misrepresented... the buyer carries the burden... not you.

If you made an honest mistake and the stock is actually made of Catalpa wood and not Walnut... but you were unaware... there may be some room for a price adjustment.

Thirdly, if you did a poor job packing and the Gorillas at the freight company somehow managed to damage the item there is a burden to make the matter right with the buyer. Either through the insurance the buyer purchased, the insurance you purchased or out-of-pocket or take the item back.

Under no circumstances whatsoever would I return money before the item is returned.


If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.
