Yep. If you get 3 heads that means you also got 1 tail. The probability of one tail has to equal the probability of one head, therefore 3 heads = 1 tail = 1 head, so the probability of 3 heads =1 head.

2 heads 6/16 = 3/8
1 head 4/16
0 heads 1/16

1 in 16 = 0 heads 4 tails
4 in 16 = 1 heads 3 tails
