I'd try to catch them, and have a serious conversation.
Being a bit soft, if it went well, I might agree to your previous
demands if they ask.

If it went bad, if they snuck in again,
The memorial would be gone.

If you can find out the name of the deceased,
Look for them around birthday, date of death,
memorial/veterans day...

Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
