The local university students seem to have plenty of cash and no jobs. I think they are borrowing tons of money thinking they won't have to pay it back. Student loans have been out of control since Obama Federalized them.
I'm always amazed at how the college kids afford to eat out every day and spend $10/ meal. Those coeds have to maintain their 250 plus pound figures.
