It's turned into Us Against Them anymore. In my long life I've never seen cops with more of an attitude. I firmly believe that a lot of the problem comes from hiring combat veterans.
Could be but the better cops I know are former military. It's the too-stupid-to-do-anything-else and soldier-wannabe-but-too-scared types that cause the most problems around here.
