Whitmire products, 2oz or 4oz Total Release push-button fogger.
Strong percent pyretheum. Instant knockdown.

AT NIGHT, drape a lightweight tarp big enough to cover the whole bush and set a couple of these foggers off under it.

Leave it draped through the next day, still let the sun overheat them.
