Units I was in never sent their best people to do joint service liason stuff NCO or Officer wise.

People we were glad to submit names for.

I deployed on Navy ships as part of a Coast Guard deployable counter-narcotics team.
You have mentioned the selective quote part a few times. I do it often and for any number of reasons. I can't even remember which thread it was in. It seems to bother you though, so I'll happily address the whole of the post if you'll show me where it is.
