Small gas cooled units, some with pebble bed technology are being deployed right now. Now even bigger discoveries in glass storage of spent fuels. My guess is, this will be the light at the end of the tunnel (sorry about the pun, I can't help myself). I have always liked hydro...but I guess I'm the only cluck on the planet that does. Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.
