Me too. Of course, it doesn’t seem all that long ago.
Early 1970’s.
I had a Rem 870 & a WW 94 30-30 on my pickup gun rack in the HS Parking Lot. And usually a Colt Frontier Scout SAA .22 Under the seat. 😬

I’m sure there were “computers” around. But they were those giant machines that filled a building and used “punch cards”
