My 350L (17 inch barrel) with YHM R9 can, Burris 3-9 and Talley lightweight rings come in just under 8 lbs. 308 SB with SWFA 10X and cheap SWFA rings weighs 8.5 lbs.

I wish they were a little lighter and slimmer but a good value.
