I am looking to get a new scope for my Remington 700 KS in 280 rem. Mostly hunt deer and hogs but will be taking the occasional trip for elk and moose. Shots no more than 400-500yards. What do you all recommend? Thanks.
My "all around scope" is a Bushnell 6500 4 1/2-30X50 or a March 2 1/2-25X52. One cost about $750 the other ab out $2,500. I tried lots of other brands and magnifications, but this is where I landed.
