I have read through this thread and can't find which scope you are referring to - please enlighten me, I could use a decent scope for a loaner rifle.

That’s a concept worth of a thread of its own. Except for family and maybe one hunting friend, there’s no one I’d loan any gun to; been the case even before the current Age of Insanity.
