As an outfitter I have probably gutted thousands of animals, I’m old. Not long ago while gutting a clients deer I told him to hold the leg. He said “I can’t do that, I’m allergic to deer”. I was shocked and stunned not believing what I just heard as a first after all these years. Then I thought “That’s one smart sob, why didn’t I think of that years ago.”
