I'm sitting in a rented beach house right now and it only confirms to me why we will never rent out our family cabin. This place was pricy to rent but has seen a lot better days. Been used hard by past multitudes of renters with minimal upkeep.
I'm a little pissed off about paying 5 star prices for a 2 star place. Somebody can expect an ear full soon.
